Waseem Badami is a well-known news anchor and TV show host. The 35-year-old TV personality is currently hosting a show on ARY called 11th Hour.
Recently, in an interview with Desi TV, Waseem revealed how he does not see eye-to-eye with Dr. Amir Liaquat Hussain.
He was asked what he thinks of Amir Liaquat, to which he said that Amir is a very interesting personality.
At times he gets very upset with me, and then suddenly he gets back to normal.
Waseem Badami further added that he respects Amir a lot and that he is a very learned person.
The Shan-e-Ramazan host further added that Mr. Liaquat is very well-read.
God has gifted him with quite a vocabulary.
I disagree with him on a thing or two and I openly tell him that.
I think something as sacred as religion should not be brought into everything.
The TV host cleared that religion should definitely be a part of our lives, however, it shouldn’t come in between arguments.
When people bring the religion card (into arguments), that is where I disagree with them.
Waseem also added that Amir Liaquat Hussain is aware of this little conflict that the two have.
