The popular dance crew struck a pose at Mazar-e-Quaid yesterday.

The Norwegian hip-hop dance crew, The Quick Style, has arrived in Pakistan. Coke Studio announced the news on its social media account yesterday with a caption:

The boys are here!

The renowned dance group stood in front of the Mazar-e-Quaid, the resting place of Pakistan’s founding father Muhammad Ali Jinnah, in Karachi.

After the success of its first-ever live concert in Dubai earlier this year, Coke Studio brought the highly popular dance group to Pakistan for a nationwide tour. It said in a press release,

Internationally renowned dance group Quick Style is coming to Pakistan. With their performance on Coke Studio season 14’s Kana Yaari, Quick Style founding members Suleman Malik, Bilal Malik, and Nasir Sirikhan, along with their dance crew, burst onto the South Asian dance scene. In October 2022, the first official dance video from Coke Studio, featuring the popular song Peechay Hutt, was released.

It added,

The twins Suleman and Bill Malik of Coke Studio, who are Norwegian-Pakistanis, have stronger creative ties with Quick Style thanks to their visit to Pakistan. For better creative sharing, the dance team will travel to famous locations as well as different academic and art institutions.

The popular dance troupe teased fans on social media as they shared short clips of their Karachi visit with the song Kana Yaari playing in the background.

Here’s another clip of the dance group surrounded by hundreds of their Pakistani fans.
