Yesterday we reported about rumors that Mobilink may announce bonuses for its employees, and today we can confirm about this news that Ufone has decided to give out bonuses to all of its employees on Eid.
Our sources, in concerned department have confirmed us that Ufone has finalized bonuses for its employees for year 2009, with 2 salaries for those who performed better.
By the way, this bonus on Eid with early September salary will be an added delight to Ufone’s employees, who just received 15 percent flat increment in their salaries.
We will have to see what other telecom companies have saved in their pocket for their employees as Eid Gift for their employees.
