Telenor Offers 50% Discount on Calls Made to East-Asia

eas_AsiaTelenor has offered this International Call offer countries in East Asia. This new offering is in addition to the two Step Charging Campaigns launched for Middle-east destinations in August & October 2009.

Now all Telenor subscribers can enjoy 50% discount on all CALLS (after 5 mins) & SMS to any number in Malaysia, India, Bangladesh, Thailand, Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan (Landline).

  • For Malaysia, India, Thailand, Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan (L) for first 5 minutes, regular call charges of Rs. 3.49 +Tax/30 sec will be applicable – After 5 minutes, call will be charged at only Rs. 1.75+ Tax/30 Sec
  • For Bangladesh for first 5 minutes, regular call charges of Rs. 4.99+Tax/30 sec will be applicable – After 5 minutes, call will be charged at only Rs. 2.50 +Tax/30Sec.
  • SMS to all above destinations would be charged at Flat Rate of Rs. 2.50 +Tax/SMS only.

The above rates are valid for all prepaid and postpaid price plans except TS A1 and TS Har min. For those two price plans below is applicable:

  • For Malaysia, India, Thailand, Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan (L) for first 5 minutes, regular call charges of Rs. 6.98 +Tax/min will be applicable – After 5 minutes, call will be charged at only Rs. 3.49+ Tax/min Sec
  • For Bangladesh for first 5 minutes, regular call charges of Rs. 9.98+Tax/min will be applicable – After 5 minutes, call will be charged at only Rs. 4.99 +Tax/min.
  • SMS to all above destinations would be charged at Flat Rate of Rs. 2.50 +Tax/SMS only.
