      Free calling has 2 offers:

      1) Inra-Company free calls (i.e. within company calls are free)
      2) Inter-Company free calls (i.e. free calls to business partners)

      Their is no limitation to number of employees (users), unlimited users can be added in a Group.

      As far as Free Calls to Business Partners is concerned, their is a limitation of 4 business partners (but these business partners can have unlimited users) and yes, business partners needs to be on Telenor for this offer.
