  • Warid customer centers are very rude in behaviour and their call centre’s persons literally insult customers. they dont show the names and contact numbers of their seniors any where so that one can approach them for any problem solving problem, on the other hand ufone have very charismatic ,daynamic efficient courteous customer center persons.

  • Dear Sir,I feel very sorry to bring a problem in your notice that one of my supervisor Muhammad Javeed paid salary for the month of March 2012 at three sites of Kashmir from his own pocket and soon after Warid cancelled the agreement with the security company.Detail of problem is known to Mr Sartaj Jadoon(0321544306) and Muhammad Arshad at Islamabad office.I have tried my best to sought out problem at my end with these people but in vain.I request you to help the poor retd Havildar and these incidents will dangerously affect Warid reputation.
