warid is a good company but unfortunately they have very bad cutomer service. On saturday 24th july 2010 i went at warid business centre (Main Tauheed Commercial, off Khayaban-e-Tanzeem near Ideal Bakery DHA Phase 5 Karachi) at 1:15pm my token numbwer was 536 their business manager was very rude to me and her tone was very rude i want to complain about her to their senior officer, but i donot know any of their senior officer email address or contact number, that she illiterate women donot know how to talk with customers and if she doesnot know how to talk with customers then on what grounds they hired her she is getting pay to solve customer queries not to insult them or to degrade them

Warid customer centers are very rude in behaviour and their call centre’s persons literally insult customers. they dont show the names and contact numbers of their seniors any where so that one can approach them for any problem solving problem, on the other hand ufone have very charismatic ,daynamic efficient courteous customer center persons.
