telenor_talkshawl_24_fnf After Mobilink’s Na-qabil-yaqeen offer, Telenor has offered its customers a similar treat to make unlimited calls to three friend and family numbers at a fixed daily rental of Rs.9.99 plus tax.

Telenor’s this offer comes with its TalkShawk 24 ghantay package, which is a pretty decent package for making calls to all networks at 80 paisas plus tax per 30 seconds. Little higher than counterparts, which are offering 68 paisas or even 65 paisas per 30 seconds for all networks.

Telenor’s this move, of following Mobilink, may push other operators to allow un-metered calls on selected numbers at a fixed daily rental.

However, cellular companies will have to keep an eye on their network’s strength before offering this kind of incentives.

So if you want to make free calls to 3 FnF numbers, switch to Talkshawk 24 ghantay package, following is the method:

Write “migrate” and send SMS to 345

Customer will reiceve a menu, reply this message with your desired package and you are done.

To administer FnF through SMS, use the following:

  • To add an FnF send “Add <slot no> <number>” to 345

  • To view FnF send “FnF” to 345
  • or  Dial 555 to add FnF

    Mobilink Na qabil-e yakeen offer still cool and service is good as well, where as telenor has got the cheapest ever customer care and also poor service… vote goes to MOBILINK

    • I was surprised when I heard Telenor Customer Support saying “Sir I kant understand your English”

      I immediately switched to urdu and… “yar jiggar ye bata ky…”

      Zong, Telenor should teach their CS some manners, then comes Ufone and Warid.

    • warid offer is still cheap compare to mobilink naqabil e yakeen offer and telenor, warid quality voice experience is also good then others

    • @xain, I am the user of prepaid Telenor since 2006 and as per my experience…. Call Centre is really good of Telenor, they resolved my queries on time and also call me back on my cell. But Customer Services Centre needs more improvement for Walk-in customers. They are always in hurry and then say Good bye without proper listening of customer queries.

  • “Mere hisaab sey, Telenor farigh hai”. They are offering such offer which is recently offered by Mobilink and still they are charging higher. Quiet amazing.

  • All is fake. I am just writing to inform you all that telenor is a fraud company they always do best of themselves by hidden charges and not informing their customers about it. Yesterday i subscribed to this package. They deducted 9.99*3 means 9.99 per number. Beware of it because after it i was unable to call my fnf number says network busy, error in network connection means whether lines are busy or just teasing customers

      • First you check and then comment. It happened to me. They deducted (9.99*3)+tax. I do not work for any one i have all the sims of every company

        • There is also a poll on facebook. Question is that what are the daily charges 10, 20 and 30? give and answer and you will let know the right answer. My friend just told me regarding this. Correct answer is 30.

            • For your kind information i work for PTA. Do you have any other words to say? PTA has already given Penalties to them twice for their wrong billing system. May be this happened to me due to this. Since I have been using Telenor i have been facing their wrong billing system. I think its time for 3rd time. I just shared this information for you all not to promote any other company but just sharing my experience.

  • Arent we talking about easy on Customer Pocket stuff? From no angle this seems easy on pocket ! Rs.10 for migration fee compared to FREE package switching in case of mobilink!

    Mobilink still takes the lead in here!

    Seems like you really dont wanna accept the fact that telenor does charge for migration from one package to another and on top of it another Rs.2 for FnF administration fee.

    If you dont trust me enough go ahead call customer service and serve your self with proper information

    • You are right when we do the migration reply says migration to 24 hours package is free

        what do you dial to migrate. and where does it say free migration? Is it a menu or some announcement?

        because today i migrated from another package and was deducted Rs25 :(

        • I did what they said. I typed migrate and send to 345 then message comes in which i had 8 packages including talkshawk and djuice and in the below it said migration to all other packages costs 10+t and migration to 24 hrs is free of cost

  • I am unable to activate free calls to 3 fnf numbers by dialing *345*300#. It gives me a message that this package is not available on this package. I think this package has been expired now

  • this telenor is making people fool. 80 paisa per 30 seconds. u know how much they will deduct in just 90 seconds ? they will deduct 4 Rs in just 90 seconds…
