  • > Can you imagine getting a brand new iPhone S6 at Rs. 62,279 anywhere else?

    No, because it doesn’t exist.

  • at least they should mention all bundle befor a week on site and special price tag for friday event so that everyone can be clear abt price that they will pay in final m still confused abt price

  • Has anyone noticed the price increase all over their products in this week? :D
Prices increased in such a way that even after the discount it wont actually be much of a saving. Well lets see what happens in around 7 hours when the items and prices are released.

  • Website become super slow and unresponsive since 00h01, they should have done traffic forecasting while campaiging on this hyper level.

  • Home shopping, down. Daraz.pk I was able to add items to Cart, but when I click on Pay, it just says that Site is experiencing high volume and try again. Did it few times, unable to pay a single phone. Clicked on My account and it shows about dozen orders of same phone set, all showing paid by Easy Paisa. Tried calling their help line, and just music……

    • Update, tried again and it worked this time. Payment has been deducted from my Easy Paisa account, so I guess things are moving in right direction. Also called the Helpline, and was picked up under a minute, and rep confirmed that my order is in process and will be delivered.

      • i also ordered 2 cellphone hot2 and hot note pro payment deducted frome mine easy pay acount too. lets hope 4 better

  • this was all fraud !! nothing worthy available to buy daraz just sold 4 5 items and everything out of stock another scam like techmela not going to believe whatever u say in future

    • Let’s boycott daraz and all these super expensive online stores forever which have been kept playing with public sentiments. First they promoted that there will be thousands of products and there are merely any things and all are outdated n I’m sure those will be used items that’s why they are crawling on their knees to get the payment in advance through Easypaisa. But People are not that naive. They only had to sell their cheap black African phones which are being dilapidated in their godowns and no one was buying those. It’s irony that how they used name of international event but used their local n cheap old tactics to cheat innocent people.

  • Why cant they manage their hosting services properly during such drama events? Homeshopping.pk was down and daraz.pk was just good for nothing.

  • Only fraud, I tried about 20 times and all times at payment option there website stop working and now all items with discount has been deleted and there is no discount with easypay.

  • I had bad experience with darazpk

Purchased a phone, didn’t get delivered in 8 days. After complaints they sent me phone after 14 days
Received faulty phone, sent back for warranty it have been 25 days, still waiting for my phone from darazpk :)

Daraz blocked me when I commented above lines as comment one on darazpk facebook page. What do you call companies who only allow positive reviews?

Twitter and email of darazpk never replies.

And now in Friday sales, call centre also not working of darazpk. I am feeling like I have lost my money with darazpk (and of course a lot of time wasting, wo to shukar hay aik izafi phone tha ghar guzara ho raha)

  • I am very disappointed from online shopping as my first experience was daraz. I purchased black Friday voucher and black Friday their site was not accepting my voucher. I complained and they didn’t resounded me. At the end I placed an order of mobile which I received toda. It’s accessories looked Changed and it’s warranty started on June 2016 but on cars it’s warranty is starting from 1st January 2017. Also this mobile is faulty. Its battery is not working well. They are fake and selling faulty products
