Zong is Celebrating its first anniversary in telecom world this month. As part of its Sub Keh Do campaign, Zong’s officials are visiting different areas to have one-on-one interaction with common public. This interaction is aimed at better understanding the customers to better serve them with services.
Zong’s teams are practicing this interaction country wide. I am sure this way Zong will be better knowing the public demands while customers will take Zong more keenly as a brand.
