If you are unsatisfied mobile/landline customer, than PTA has a mechanism to entertain your complaints (But be sure that you have complained your respective cellular operator, before reaching PTA). You can lodge complaints at PTA, through following process.

  • i complained today at pta and they refused to note down the complain even when it fulfilled all conditions

  • Rawalpindi’s PTA department wasn’t noting down the complain saying that they arnt authorized to do that
