If you are unsatisfied mobile/landline customer, than PTA has a mechanism to entertain your complaints (But be sure that you have complained your respective cellular operator, before reaching PTA). You can lodge complaints at PTA, through following process.
So the idea is to contact respective Cellular company first, and in case complaint is not resolved – contact PTA at up-given contact numbers.

PTA is the most active department of pakistan. Weldone
i complained today at pta and they refused to note down the complain even when it fulfilled all conditions
thanks PTA i use such method against JAZZ..
Rawalpindi’s PTA department wasn’t noting down the complain saying that they arnt authorized to do that
[email protected] is not valid and bouncing back the emails
that’s correct its bouncing – we need to improve our standards :-s
