I don’t know why people are interested in call tariffs with packages of varying call rated depending on
    1) on net/ off-net
    2) Day-timings/Night Timings
    3) and the most important 60 seconds billing
It is quite easy for a cellular company to implement 30 seconds billing, flat rate with respect to day timings and network of the called party. I think every company should introduce a call/SMS package with absolute flatness i.e. same rates for off-net/on-net calls/SMSs irespoective of the fact whether these services are utilized in day timings or in night hours.
Role of Telenor for its ‘Talk-shawk 63 paisa’ is admirable for this flatness and is an example-setting trend for other operators.
