    • Mehran ko fuel efficient kehtay ho tum log.????? Hahahaha usski body weight daikho,, engine CC daikho, aur phir mileage check karo… 18km/l fuel efficiency kehlaati hai??? Laanat ho… Honda city 17km/l with 1300 cc engine with full AC on,, with much bigger body daiti hai mileage… Isset kehtay hain fuel efficient….! Pata nahi konsy jaahil hain jo mehran jesay teen k dabbay ko fuel efficient “car” kehtay hain… Car kehty huay sharam aati hai… Ac tak nahi hai isska… Sb sy basic cheez he nahi hai:,. Hahahaha Laanat on suzuki lovers… :D

  • While I do not disagree with the list but I am surprised that some of the efficient cars are missing. Mehran, whether we like it or not, is very fuel efficient car that provides between 18km/l to 25km/l fuel.
Similarly vehicles like Daihatsu Mira also quite efficient, providing up to 20km/l fuel mileage and these cars are better in drive quality than Mehran.
Why are these missing from the list is a bit weird.

  • mehran and mira are out dated cars no doubt they are fuel efficent but with 3g and 4g in your hand still u gona talk about mehran oh comon !!! we should try to bring new stuff to our country not just sticking to one !! hope u understand

    • Princy, Chhor do 3G/4G ki jaan ..
Aur ProPakistani, tum bhi 3G/4G per baat karo, cars ki jaan chhoro.

  • First, Chevrolet Spark is not in Pakistan. Second, talking about Toyota, Honda and then jumped to Porsche. This article is not balanced.

  • Sorry but this article does not make any relevance with Pakistan as there are cars in this article that you don’t even get to see in Pakistan!

  • Honda City
It comes within an affordable price range of PKR 15,000,000 to PKR 17,000,000 as compared to other brands.
    Kindly check the zeros.

  • No you can’t. One because Android Auto is just another vaporware by Google that will never see the light of day. And secondly, most car manufacturers use proprietary (locked) software solutions in their cars. A lot of these are powered in the backend by Blackberry’s QNX CAR Application Platform. Apple’s CarPlay interface runs on top of the QNX kernel as well. Another major player in this field is Microsoft with their Auto embedded OS running on the Windows CE kernel. It is used in KIAs and Ford’s SYNC platform.

    • Android Auto was just a humorous example to relate this topic to IT. Anyway, thanks for sharing such useful info. I really didn’t know much about these devices.

  • How can a fully electric vehicle (Chevrolet Spark EV) that runs on batteries and does not use any kind of fuel be rated as 48 km/l?

  • How can a fully electric vehicle (Chevrolet Spark EV) that runs on batteries and does not use any kind of fuel be rated as 48 km/l?

  • Useless comparison, because u r not calculating the electric cost ., they are EV and they are running on both fuels and only on electric most of the time so obviously 44 km per litre is not only on petrol .
    :)

  • Spark EV is an all electric car .. how can it give 48km in 1 “Liter” unless you mean 1 “Liter” of electricity :p :p :p

  • Guy started from Choverlet then ended up on Porsche … Do you really think that the one who can buy a Porsche Cayenne would even think for a split second about petrol average … a certain class in Pakistan buys these cars and they are least concerned about petrol average or pricing

  • Chevrolet Spark EV I cant seem to find this car anywhere online on pakwheels etc. What does it cost? I could only find the LS version.

    • By end of december you can see Porsche Cayenne S E Hybrid in pakistan just 1 liter fuel you can drive it 30 km its plug in technology you can also drive it purely on electric drive too a full charge can you about 30 km ride.

  • The price mentioned for Honda City is Rs 15,000,000 to 17,000,000. Shouldn’t it be Rs 15,00,000 to 17,000,000?

  • article by carmudi :D no no we dont do paid articles really which have no relevance to Pakistan.

  • How many of these are actually in Pakistan in numbers? Uhh…city…uhh…some prius and thats it.
If you count prius, then there are better cars out there that can be imported and are non-hybrid and then they are more fuel efficient than all these here.
Such a stupid list. Maybe just to fill a page?

  • nice post but not all cars available in Pakistan and they must be fuel efficient but a common man cannot buy one of these.
I just want to ask ” why not we boycott mehran and carry dabba?”

  • When talking about hybrids one commendable car you forgot to mention is Toyota aqua I am surprised its not on your list. The worst I have heard it do is 25km/l. It is now widely available in Pakistan you might want to consider updating this. But overall a helpful review, thanks

  • You forgot the Aqua, one of most fuel efficient car in less price tag, giving around 35km/liter with all professional features, new Japanese imported car cost 16-17 lac, also Vitz give you 15-16 KM/l mileage.
