  • Zong is Worst then PTCL, I shifted back to PTCL CharJi. Never recommended to anyone!

      • Because there is lot of errors in there service, I am Web Developer and I always need high speed internet for uploading big data or working online but most of the times (8 out of 10 times) I faced error ( Error 504 ). I complaint many times through call, email, on facebook and twitter but all in vain.

        • I purchase Zong 4g device with 75 GB data plan. Normally i am getting 2+ mb downloading Rate….. Which is quite nice because we live in Pakistan. People making lame excuses that bla bla bla…
Consumption: I am using this device from 15 days and i download 15 HD movies and stream 5 Movies online on HD mode and Browse 5 hour per day in which mostly i watch videos.
So total Data consume till now is 32 GBs……
Which quite good and i am satisfy with the Service of Zong…

          • Downloading speed was ok, but as I mentioned in my reply that I faced lot of errors during work, On the other hand I never downloaded any movie or any serial because of lack of time. I daily work 15-16 hours on internet this is why such errors matter for me during the work.

            • I think it is because of wireless service, all wireless networks give no speed at some instant. I always find PTCL broadband best to play games than on any wireless connection because wireless networks sometimes drop.

    • depends on where you live. I’ve been using Zong for about 4 months now and I don’t have any complains. Speeds even at their lowest are above 4mbps!

      • I am living in Lahore, my friends from Faisalabad also suffering from these type of issues. :)

        • That’s weird considering both Lhr and Fsd are big cities :|

Anyways hope your Charji is doing fine for you :)

          • Exactly! Now CharJi is working Fine, have no such issue on it. Downloading speed is little bit slow then zong (like 1.5mbps or more) but error free.

    • For me its best. I’ve used PTCL, Telenor, Wateen. So far experience with zong has been best. No complaints. Maybe you’re not residing in good coverage area.

      • In the beginning it was fine, later on most of the users from developer community starts facing such type of errors during uploading or updating the websites, on the other hand their support was not taking it serious.

    • i am a web developer too. you are right. i get these 504 error and internal server errors alot… at start it was fine but getting alot of errors now

      • Exactly! Every network have some sort of big and small issues, but the support of Zong is also Pathetic.

  • I commented on their page on the promotion of extra 50%. And it seems like they noticed. BTW unlike telewhore zong always responds on facebook.

      • Nope. The new customers deal started way back in May. This one has been in effect since July at least. Keep up, so called ” key player in this industry”.

      • Dear Amir seriously?? I was continuosly getting calls from zong that i will get 65 gb data on my old device which was in my use since 2015. 50gb package, 5gb monthly loyalty and 10 gb extra. But i purchased a new wingle for Rs 1500 for 75gb package and inserted that sim into my old zong 4g cloud. Even in Faisalabad posters were placed on shops many days ago for this offer.

  • About time you guys woke up, eh? This offer has been available for the past two months.

    • Only if you had known that previous offer was for the new customers, from July and onward. This offer is for the customers who had bought their devices before June 2016.

      • I know. I’m one of those guys who got a replacement MBB sim just to avail the extra 10GB offer, but since last month, I’m getting 10GB extra on my old SIM too. Either way, Propakistani has been really late in reporting it.

  • Dear zong team, kindly also enhance these type of offers to your data sim customers also, all you are offering these type of schemes to MBB customers only. i am using 24 GB package on data sim, satisfied with speed but no promotions for us likes these u offer for MBB customers, hurry up announce some thing new for data sims also other wise u might loose your customers to upcoming telenor lte.

  • Ha Ha. I am getting additional 10GB messages from last 3 months. Getting only 1 GB extra. Sub chor hein, Khula dhoka.

  • Salam Friends, i need sincere advice regarding which device should i purchase as far as coverage and signal quality is concerned, if i have to use in Lahore Defence area. Should i go for PTCL CHARGI or Zong 4g mbb?
Besides I’ve also read comments on different forums where consumer says that they get speed for 3 to 4 days for Zong and then downloading speed declines.. Plus some complain that their 50Gb package ends in 15 to 20 days even though they have not consumed their traffic fully… well that’s kinda weird hehe but need comments on this issue….
Waiting for prompt reply…. Thanks :)
