Toyota has lunched an online portal called Toyota SURE to buy and sell certified used vehicles.
Called Toyota SURE, it will go head-to-head with PakWheels, which is pretty much the default destination for auto lovers in the country.
While Toyota’s portal initially only had Toyota cars, it’s slowly being expanding and other brands such as Suzuki, Daihatsu and Honda are being added with the aim to make it a hub for all second hand cars in Pakistan.
Toyota SURE’s platform is much similar to PakWheels’ but it offers some unique features and perks due to which might it end up providing good competition.
The dealers of Toyota SURE are located in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad and Islamabad; four of the main cities of the country.
The Search
Toyota SURE website has a very simplistic and a user-friendly interface.Just input the brand, model and the variant of the car you’re looking for. Each options can be chosen from the drop down menus.
Moreover, a slide bar is also present to vary the price range according to one’s needs.
Exchange Your Car
On top of the selling and buying cars, Toyota SURE allows customers to exchange their vehicles with a new vehicle.
To do so, customers need to fill out a simple forum which requires details of the customer, car information and what car they want in return.
Toyota SURE accepts even non-Toyota cars for exchange.
Certification of Used Cars
Toyota has devised a six-step process which is applicable for any car. These six-steps are to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Toyota Vehicle Inspection
- The company checks and evaluates each used car on 203 check points to ensure the quality.
- Certified By Experts
- After the inspection, experts pick out all the cars that meet their requirements.
- 6 Months
- The Toyota cars are refurbished with Toyota Genuine Parts whereas all cars have a 6-month and 10,000 KMs warranty.
- Display at Dealership
- After the inspection, certification and warranty, the car is displayed at the dealership for retail.
- Instant Delivery
- The car is delivered to the customer with absolutely no hassle.
- Customer Satisfaction
- The entire process is conducted to ensure that the customer remains satisfied and the cars the company sells, is free from all problems.
Note: Toyota SURE does not purchase non-Toyota variants for sourcing. However,Toyota SURE accepts all kinds of cars for trade-in.
