  • I have once called for interview for position of HR Manager and was shocked that juniors were taking interview for their senior and were asking non sense questions . Then i came to know by some resource that they have already selected person and this is only documents formality. Kindly tell that where to go if anybody has not close reference . where is merit. May be such positions are dummy positions so that nobody dare to question and blindly do what has been asked to do.

  • INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS K ISSUE PAR HAR DAFA JAWAB HOTA HA K LEGAL OPION LA RAHE HEN. EVERY NEW MANAGEMENT STARTS FROM SCRATCH. PLEASE MINISTRY OF IT AND TELECOM INTERVENE THIS ISSUE. NO LEGAL GUIDELINE , IPR POLICY OR CORRIGENDUM AND NO ADDENDUM ON LEGAL OPIONO ARE AVAILABLE . RULES NOT CLEAR. DIFFERENT PROJECTS HAVE DIFFERENT IP RIGHTS .PLEASE PROVIDE PUBLIC REPORTS OF OUTCOME OF PROJECTS NOT OLD PROPOSALS.

MANY GOOD PROJECTS COULD NOT JUST GET THROUGH DUE TO THIS CONFUSION, WHICH IN TURN BENEFITED BY OTHERS POOR PROJECTS.

WHO HAVE GOOD FRINDS CAN MAKE MILLION DOLLAR COMPANIES AND NO BAR ON THEM. A FEW PEOPLE ARE GETTING REPEATED FUNDINGS .EVERY NEW CEO SUPPORT TO THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY NETWORK. THEY ARE GIVEN FREE HAND TO DO WHAT THEY WANT BUT JUST SAY ”YES MADAM” ON WHAT MINISTER SAYS
