ICT R&D Fund Invites Tenders for Women Entrepreneurship Development Program

The National ICT R&D Fund is engaged in the promotion of research, development and innovation activities with a vision of creating a knowledge-based economy. Together, with the ministry of Information and Technology, the National ICT R&D Fund comes out with innovative projects for the promotion of IT.

In its most recent attempt to promote ICT in women entrepreneurship, the National ICT R&D Fund has published a Request for Proposal (RFP) – ICT for Women Entrepreneurship Development Program.

Through its RFP, intends to invite proposals from qualified licensed or registered legal entities to provide services to train women entrepreneurs. These entities need teach women entrepreneurs on how to leverage ICT for their businesses.

The National ICT R&D Fund recently launched Pakistan”s first National Incubation Center. Following that it sponsored a brainstorming session on the establishment of a FinTech Innovation Center.

For RFP Application

The applicant entities should be on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Proposal should be sent in a sealed envelope, and “RFP–ICT for Women Entrepreneurship Development Program” must be clearly market on it. The application must reach the address given in the advertisement below by 1500hrs on March 6, 2017.
