On August 10th Nadeem and Shahryar Reza, the Head of Planet N’s International Division, were hosted at Googleplex for the day. Nadeem’s talk focused on the founding and growth of Tameer Bank and Planet N and the scope for digitization to engender large scale and transformational financial inclusion in emerging markets.

The talk was followed by a Q&A session with Google management and employees, Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and students from Stanford and beyond. The day culminated in a tour of the campus and a lunch hosted in Nadeem’s honor.

The talk was part of a wider two-week Silicon Valley & USA tour which focused on building strategic partnerships for Planet N in the technology and social impact spaces while more broadly raising awareness about the digital revolution occurring in Pakistan and similar emerging markets.
