Over 6,600 Students to Appear in Medical College Admission Tests in Punjab

A total of 6,643 candidates (4,243 female and 2,400 male) will appear in the entry test for admissions in medical colleges of Punjab.

The test will be taken anew on October 29th, under the aegis of University of Health Sciences. It should be noted that the entry test will be taken with earlier issued roll numbers slips. Three examination centers have been set up, one for male candidates and two for female candidates at:

  • Government College University Old Campus Dhobi Ghatt,
  • Government Women University Madina Town University and
  • University of Agriculture Faisalabad.

As many as 2,979 girl candidates will sit for this test in GCWU Madina Town center, 1,264 girls will be tested in University of Agriculture Faisalabad, while 2400 male candidates will appear at examination center at GCU Old Campus.

Deputy Commissioner Salman Ghani, while presiding over a meeting, ordered foolproof security arrangements for the entry test. He also directed all out facilities for parents, relatives of candidates, and adequate traffic management around the centers.
