Here’s Why You Should Visit the Army Museum in Rawalpindi on Pakistan Day [Pictures]

Army Museum Rawalpindi is one of the oldest attractions that features the accomplishments of our armed forces. Located beside the General Headquarters (GHQ), the museum was opened to the public after being renovated in August 2017.

The museum holds many interesting relics from our history. You can see abandoned planes, tanks, cannons, and more. But that’s not all, as you can also observe some expertly crafted wax sculptures of prominent public figures such as Quaid-e-Azam, as well as many martyrs and wartime heroes who laid down their lives for Pakistan.

Antique ammunition and other objects of Islamic war history can be seen in the museum as well!
