It is worth mentioning that as reported by ProPakistani last week, some English players have not agreed to travel to Pakistan as per English Cricket Board’s (ECB) recommendations.

Speaking about the matter, Sarfraz Ahmed said that all the players which have refused to travel to Pakistan should not be included in the next PSL drafts.

Similar to last year, Quetta Gladiators now face the dilemma of playing a weakened team since Jason Roy, Kevin Pietersen, Shane Watson and Ben Laughlin have refused to travel to Pakistan.

Talking to a press conference, Sarfraz said:

I think the players should give importance to Pakistan when they accept huge contract offers.

The Pakistani skipper expressed his hope that the local talent can fill in the shoes of these players and help Quetta reach the final.
