  • Uber used to be the cheaper option compared to Careem. Now they are the expensive one with inferior quality of service. They hand out approvals to anyone with a car, there’s no instant feedback or complaint resolution system, drivers aren’t willing to travel more than 10 km and ask to cancel, and now they are more expensive. Why would anyone choose Uber when they can travel with Careem at lower prices and with higher quality of service as well as vehicles?

    • I get better service with Uber as compared to Careem and I’ve taken hundreds of rides with both. The experience is different for each user. However, Uber has gotten unreasonably expensive in Pakistan.
