  • Boostan Khan road near car chowk (Rawalpindi) lines are completely dead, please restore main city lines.

  • Complaint Reduction 32% – how these stats given to ProPakistani?
PTCL Exchanges already given software which can auto-close complaint without getting any acknowledgement from Customer, Moreover, i can highlight “PTCL Tarlai Exchange” found in practicing this. There’s no meaning of complaint in Semi-Govt official organization, complaint to PTA also route to PTCL and it’s concern exchange which definitely have no solution but a stamp of PTA over it that there’s no issue :D
Cheers !! to PTCL Services with 20+ years old cabling system in Federal City.

    • PTCL Head Office: Sir hum mazrat khawa hain, aap ka issue 24 ghantay mein resolve ker diya jaye ga…
(jo k her dafa bolay gay… masla phir bhi theek nahi ho ga)
PTCL Line Man: Yar Line copper wali hain, abhi Fiber aye gi 6 maheenay baad, abhi net katwa do, phir lagwa lena
(6 maheenay kia, 6 saal baad bhi fiber nahi ani)

  • Thanks to PTCL,
Ab Aap PTCL per 100mbps ka package lagwa ker 1mbps ki speed hasil ker saktay hain…

  • lol, what is this misinformation. On PTCL’s website, 7 exchanges are listed as New Network exchanges in Karachi alone.
Also, New Network doesn’t mean that they offer a fiber connection to the home. My area is listed under New Network from quite a long time but they still say that FTTH is not available in your area. Frequent disconnections are the norm. What nonsense. A failed company.

  • My exchange Saadi Town malir is in new transformed exchange and they are still giving old crap ADSL connection.never ever in your life opt for ptcl they are fooling peole in the name of transformed exchange.

  • Sir before upgradation my landline phone and internet was working. Now phone is dead and internet connection is slow and disconnecting again and again. Pathetic services. In my area Nayatel is not available otherwise I would use it.

  • I want to say that your service is very much poor and PTCL also apply hidden charges also

  • In Khanewal we are facing terrible frequent disconnection and they can’t provide more than 2 Mbps.

  • when will they upgrade their services?
poor services, biggest network just like jazz.
