Just ahead of its launch, we’re getting more and more leaks for Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship Redmi K20. Previously we saw a leak regarding the display and the fingerprint sensor. Now, images of the phone showcasing its design have shown up on the internet.
Even if it is a PR stunt by Xiaomi, it is definitely working, increasing the hype about the launch on 28th May.
A few days back, Redmi shared an image of its upcoming flagship K20 from the front. The image shows a notch-less display and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. This coincides with the previous leaks about the K20 coming with a pop-up selfie camera mechanism.
According to Redmi, the fingerprint sensor is equipped with a 3P lens and 7.2 μm ultra-large pixels that provide 30 percent higher accuracy and a 100 percent higher photo-sensitive area. As compared to the previous versions, it will also have a higher unlock speed.
Just a few hours back, Redmi released an image that shows the flagship killer from the back. The image clearly shows a glass back with a graffiti-like design. In the center, we see a triple sensor camera and a dual LED flashlight. One of the sensors is placed separately on the top of two conjoined sensors. The image also clearly shows the placement of the power and volume rocker.
Under the hood, we might be getting a Snapdragon 855 SoC for the Redmi K20. Camera wise, Redmi has revealed that the rear camera will come with a 48 MP main sensor that will feature 960 FPS slow-mo video recording. The phone will be powered by a 4000 mAh battery.
