Prime Minister Imran Khan will inaugurate multiple mega projects in Karachi including bridges, flyovers and road infrastructure in September, said Imran Ismail, Sindh Governor.
These projects are in various stages of completion in the metropolitan city and would be finished on their specified time, he informed a private news channel.
The Green Line Bus Service, the governor added, was being introduced in the hopes to bring an efficient and safe traveling facility to the public in the city.
The Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants have already been allocated and work to establish them will start soon, he said.
He remarked that the last government had not paid attention to development work in Sindh, especially in Karachi, despite that fact that the city generated money and helped create jobs for the province.
He said that Karachi will receive its due attention in terms of development that it deserved as the economic center of the country. In this regard, various projects have been started including the construction of roads and the provision of clean drinking water to the citizens.
