Taller Than Irfan: Lahore Qalandars Find a 7-Feet 4-Inch Tall Bowler

Lahore Qalandars might be placed at the bottom of the table in almost all Pakistan Super League (PSL) seasons, however, their contribution to the development of the game is amazing.

From participating in the global leagues to sending young cricketers to train in Australia, high-performance camps in Pakistan and talent hunts, the franchise has been actively identifying talented young cricketers and helping them step up their game.

After Mohammad Irfan, Pakistan’s next giant bowler is Muhammad Mudassir, who came to limelight during Qalandars’ talent hunt program recently. The spinner is currently undergoing training at its high-performance center.

Mudassir is hoping to participate in the next PSL which will be held in Pakistan entirely for the first time. His biggest problem is finding shoes for his size. The 7’4 spinner is also aiming to ultimately represent Pakistan like Mohammad Irfan and believes that fitness will not halt his progress.
