After the success of Sehat Insaf Card, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government now plans on introducing Kamyab Jawan Youth Card to facilitate the youth further.
NADRA and SBP will be jointly working on a feasible strategy for rolling out the cards after Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reform, Asad Umar and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs, Usman Dar chaired a meeting in this regard. NADRA and SBP officials were also in attendance during the meeting.
Dar termed the project as revolutionary, adding that it will offer a number of incentives and discounts to the youth, ensuring more economic empowerment and financial inclusion.
According to Dar, the cardholders will get subsidized rates, discounts on air and train tickets and a number of civic facilities.
The launch date of the project hasn’t been finalized yet, however, the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Reforms has directed to complete it at the earliest.
