Ali Zaidi, Fawad Chaudhry & Others Voice Concerns Against Misbah & PCB

Pakistan Cricket team has been handed a drubbing in Australia once again as the Green Shirts suffered a whitewash in both Tests and T20Is, losing all matches by huge margins.

The cricketing circles are bashing the poor performances of the players in all departments, while also taking a dig at head coach and chief selector, Misbah-ul-Haq, for his poor team selection and tactics.

Cricketing loving politicians have also joined in on the debate, pointing out the issues PCB needs to address after yet another failure in Australia.

Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs, Ali Haider Zaidi, has urged the board to make ‘some tough decisions’, saying that the board needs to address the issue of groupings in the team at early stages.

He also took a jibe at Misbah/Waqar duo and their dislike for Sarfaraz Ahmed while questioning the former captain’s sacking despite a number of achievements.

PTI Senator, Faisal Javed Khan, also questioned the appointment of Azhar Ali as the Test captain despite a poor record to show as an ODI captain earlier. He also bashed the mindset of team management after a dismal show in Australia.

Special Assistant to Prime Minister, Naeem-ul-Haque, has demanded a change at the top (read Misbah-ul-Haq) for consistently producing poor results.

Another Federal Minister, Fawad Chaudhry, also agreed with Naeem-ul-Haque, saying that PCB is in shambles.
