Quetta Gladiators are in a spot of bother following the canceled match last night due to rain. Sarfaraz Ahmed’s men are currently languishing at the bottom of the table with only 7 points from 9 games with a poor net run rate of -1.052.
While it looks like their campaign is over, they still stand a chance, provided they win their last match and other teams help them get up there in the top 4.

If Lahore wins today:
Islamabad needs to lose to Karachi and Karachi needs to lose the next match against Quetta by a huge margin. In this case, both Karachi and Islamabad will be knocked out.

If Islamabad wins against Karachi:
Quetta has to defeat Karachi by a big margin and Peshawar needs to lose by a big margin to Multan. In this case, Peshawar and Karachi will be knocked out.
If Karachi wins today:
If Lahore loses today, then Lahore needs to lose the next match against Multan Sultans as well. Islamabad will have to lose to Karachi and Quetta only has to win. In this case, Islamabad and Lahore will be out of the tournament.
In short, Quetta needs plenty of luck, prayers and help from other teams to end up in the top 4. Otherwise, the defending champions will finish at the bottom of the table.
