FIA Expands Investigation into Fake Pilot Licenses

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has expanded investigation into the dubious pilot license scandal. Thanks to FIA’s efforts, significant progress has been made in this regard.

Sources privy to the development say that the agency has obtained license records of the 262 pilots as well as the report regarding the investigation against Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) officers involved in the issuance of dubious licenses.

FIA’s Corporate Crime Circle is investigating against the CAA officers involved in fake licenses. Their team has obtained data from the CAA Licensing Branch and will conduct forensic analysis of the data.

On the other hand, the government has directed FIA to complete the investigation as soon as possible.

It is worth mentioning that out of 262 pilots, the civil aviation authority has canceled licenses of 34 pilots while 161 have been suspended so far.
