QAU Announces 50% Fee Adjustment For Graduate And Undergraduate Students

Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) has announced a 50% fee adjustment for undergraduate and graduate students on account of the Coronavirus outbreak and subsequent lockdown in the country.

According to Vice-Chancellor (VC) QAU, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali, the fee adjustment will be reflected in the fee challans of the Fall 2020 semester against transportation, hostel, and other related charges.

Moreover, the DMC, Degree, Clearance fee will be waived by 50% for the graduating students as well.

VC QAU added that in case the university shuts down due to a second wave of Coronavirus, the fee adjustment will be made on the same pattern for the next semester as well.

In a separate development, the Inter-University Consortium for the promotion of Social Sciences Pakistan (IUCPSS) has inked an MoU with Elite Football League (EFL) Pakistan to foster a culture of sports among students.

According to details, both organizations will transform Pakistan’s higher education sports sector by offering training to students on international standards.

Talented students will be granted scholarships on sports basis at national and international universities under the MoU as well.
