Competition in the wearables market is about to shoot up once again as OnePlus has released its very first fitness band. The affordable fitness band has a 14-day battery life, a color display, a variety of sports modes, and much more for just $35.

The OnePlus Band looks like most other fitness bands in the market. It has a 1.1″ AMOLED color display and there are no physical buttons around. The screen resolution is 126×294 pixels and there are plenty of watch faces to choose from and some can be tweaked further. The watch weighs only 22.6 grams and is 5ATM and IP68 water resistance.
There are 12 different sports modes and a Free Training program for non-listed sports activities. The dedicated charger can be attached to the band via two pogo pins at the bottom of the tracker. You also get some basic smartwatch features such as music playback control, camera shutter button for your phone, accepting calls, etc.
Additionally, those who have a OnePlus phone will also get Zen Mode synchronization.

The exact battery capacity was not revealed, but OnePlus says that the band can last 14 days. Battery life will obviously take a hit when features such as SpO2 sensor, heart rate monitor, or sleep tracker are turned on. All the data collected by these sensors can be viewed on the OnePlus Health app available on the Google Play Store.
The exact launch date is yet to be announced, but the OnePlus Band will be available for only $35 once it goes for sale. It will be available in Black, Navy, and Tangerine Gray color options.
