In a bid to entice the bike enthusiasts of Pakistan towards their sportier product, Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) has launched a zero markup installment purchase offer for their Suzuki Gixxer 150 SF sports bike.
The offer demands the customers to make an advance payment of Rs. 119,800, and then make the installment payments amounting to Rs. 13,300 every month for three years.
For the uninitiated, the Suzuki Gixxer 150 SF is an entry-level sport-touring bike that was introduced in the Pakistani market by PSMC at the end of 2019.
The bike features a 155cc single-cylinder 4-stroke air-cooled engine that makes 13.4 horsepower, 13.8 newton-meters of torque, and is mated to a 5-speed return-shift manual transmission.

Among other interesting features disc brakes on the front and the rear, with the front being dual-piston and the rear single-piston caliper brakes. Suspension setup includes standard adjustable fork-tubes upfront, while the rear consists of a mono-shock absorber.
The owners of this bike sing constant praises of its ride quality, performance, and build quality, especially given the fact that it is a CBU import. However, even the owners acknowledge that the bike is ridiculously expensive.
In India, the same bike is sold as a CKD for the price of Rs. 1.16 lac, while in Pakistan, the bike is sold as a CBU for the price of Rs. 5.99 lac, which is astonishingly high, even if the currency difference is accounted for. This is exactly why despite being an exceptional bike, it is an extremely rare sight on the Pakistani roads.
Suzuki has gone bonkers offering a mere 150cc bike at PKR600k. This is not going to entice anyone sane to buy this junk.
Suzuki management should collectively resign due to their ridiculousness.

5.99 lac for 155 cc!! Pak Suzuki is undoubtedly gone mad, looting people for a thing that is overrated. They need to think again. People are not that much stupid. Yamaha YBR g is far more better keeping the price in view.
