To ensure quick response in dealing with emergency situations, the District Emergency Service Rescue 1122 has launched its motorcycle ambulance service in Vehari.
The Regional Rescue Officer, Dr. Rao Ejaz, in a ceremony on Sunday inaugurated the initiative, providing six motorcycle ambulances to the district.

Rescue 1122 was providing the best services for saving lives and property of the people in different incidents and emergency situations,” Dr. Ejaz said.
District Emergency Officer Rescue 1122, Danish Khalil, also addressed the ceremony and said that motorcycle ambulances would help in improving the performance and would ensure prompt response in dealing with emergencies in populated areas of the city.

Meanwhile, Provincial Minister for Social Welfare and Baitulmal, Syed Yawar Abbas Bukhari, inaugurated a Rescue 1122 Field Station in Attock that will have an ambulance and a fire tender available for emergency situations 24/7.
