Zameen.com — Pakistan’s largest property enterprise — recently acquired the sales and marketing rights for the latest real estate project, Mukhbateen Heights, to be launched in Gulberg, Lahore. According to the agreement, henceforth Zameen.com alone is authorized to handle the marketing and sales for the project.
Located in the prime locale of Gulberg 3, Mukhbateen Heights will comprise a basement, ground floor, plus 10 stories. This contemporary project will also feature commercial outlets and luxury apartments.
On the occasion, Zameen’s Senior Director Sales, Laeeque Chauhdry, stated that the demand for high-rise developments was growing in Lahore, and that the project’s incredible facilities and state-of-the-art architecture and design would make it one of the most prominent real estate landmarks for the city’s residents.
Mukhtabeen Heights’ Director, Muhammad Arsim Zubair, said that the project’s luxury apartments and commercial outlets would provide the city’s residents with the latest facilities and amenities, helping the project become an example of quality and excellence.
He added that the project had also been approved by the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) and all other relevant government departments.
