The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is preparing to auction three prime mixed-use commercial plots in Sector G-13, Islamabad, on August 7. This initiative aims to generate significant revenue and attract investors to the area.
An official from the Ministry of Housing and Works, speaking to APP, emphasized the strategic significance of these plots, which are situated along the Main Srinagar Highway. This prime location provides excellent accessibility, being adjacent to key transport links including Metro Stations, GT Road, and N-5.
The commercial plots are also conveniently located just an eight-minute drive from Motorway M-1 and M-2, and a mere 12 minutes from the New Islamabad International Airport. Such connectivity enhances the attractiveness of these plots for a wide range of commercial purposes, including multi-use businesses, shopping centers, corporate offices, and banks.
The FGEHA has extensively advertised the auction in leading newspapers to attract potential investors. Interested parties have been encouraged to obtain detailed brochures from the FGEHA office to better understand the terms and conditions of the auction, as well as the specific features of the plots on offer.
One of the key incentives highlighted by the FGEHA is a 10% rebate on advance lump-sum payments. This financial incentive is designed to make the investment more attractive, potentially lowering the initial financial burden on buyers. The pricing structure, combined with the strategic location and modern facilities, positions these plots as highly desirable investments in Islamabad’s burgeoning real estate market.
