A mentally disabled individual was severely beaten in Rawalpindi. Allegedly, a traffic warden and some unidentified individuals tied Irfan to a pole and tortured him.
CPO Rawalpindi, Syed Khalid Mehmood Hamdani, has taken immediate notice and ordered swift action against those responsible.
The Race Course Police Station has registered a case and commenced an investigation. The victim’s brother, Kamran, filed the complaint leading to the case registration. Authorities are currently conducting raids to apprehend the suspects.
