Suzuki Every to be Launched in Pakistan Soon

Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) has reportedly delayed the launch of the highly anticipated Suzuki Every. Initially slated for a 2022 launch and recently expected for a September 2024 release, the rollout has now been postponed to mid-October due to production-related issues, according to reliable sources.

The Suzuki Every, which was showcased at the Pakistan Auto Show (PAS) 2022, generated significant excitement among consumers. The fifth-generation Every van was seen as a potential replacement for the aging Bolan van, which, along with the Ravi pickup, has been a staple in PSMC’s lineup for nearly four decades.

Despite minor facelifts and the addition of fuel injection over the years, the Bolan van has remained largely unchanged. The vehicle has been widely criticized for its lack of modern safety features, including the absence of ABS, airbags, and even seatbelts for rear passengers. This has led to the Bolan being regarded as a “death trap” by many.

The introduction of the new Suzuki Every is expected to address these safety concerns and offer a more modern and reliable option for consumers.

Pak Suzuki Motor Company has not provided specific details on the production issues causing the delay.

Stay tuned for further updates as we approach the revised launch date in mid-October 2024.
