The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) has launched a new service for tourists visiting Murree and the Galiyat region – the Murree Tourist Bus (MTB).
Galiyat Route:
Price: Rs. 1,200 per person (both ways)
The Murree Tourist Bus service features two distinct routes, each designed to showcase the breathtaking landscapes and charming spots of Murree.
The first route begins at Kashmir Point and takes passengers through Jhika Gali, Kaladana, and Nathia Gali, before returning to the starting point. This route offers a relaxing and picturesque day trip, with the bus departing at 10:00 AM and returning at 3:00 PM. The ticket for this two-way journey is priced at Rs. 1200 per person.

- Khaira Gali
- Chhangla Gali
- Donga Gali
- Nathia Gali (End)
Patriata Route:
Price: Rs. 700 per person (both ways)
The second route also starts from Kashmir Point and covers Jhika Gali, Lower Topa, Expressway, Dena, New Murree and Patriata. This route provides an equally delightful experience, with the bus following a similar schedule, departing at 10:00 AM and returning at 3:00 PM. Tickets for this journey are available at a more affordable rate of Rs. 700 per person.

This is a good initiative keeping in view the attitude, bad behaviour n high charges by the local taxi drivers.I wud suggest a safe parking place at the starting point against parking fee in addition to the fare for the visitors/tourists visiting Murree.Thiis facility vl attract more visitors.
I agreed 👍🏼 with Mr Akhter comments and want to share old experience specially high charges and “cheena japti” with the innocent people May Allah Subhan Ta’ala give them “Hadayat”Ameen.
Hi ..good initiative.. But there should be one more route which will be good for murree environment and climate that is a bus service from barkoh or satranmeel to murree bus stan to restrict the rush of personal cars/vehicle..
