The SCO meeting, scheduled for October 15 and 16 in Islamabad, will include Prime Ministers and senior officials from several member nations. Spokesperson for the Foreign Office, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, confirmed that top officials from China, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan will be in attendance. Iran’s First Vice President and India’s Foreign Minister will also join the summit.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to engage in one-on-one discussions with the visiting heads of delegations. These talks will cover significant topics such as economic collaboration, trade, environmental issues, and the strengthening of cultural and social relationships between the member states.
