Families Clash at Restaurant in Karachi Over a Chair [Video]

A minor dispute at a restaurant in Karachi’s Defence area escalated into a physical brawl involving two families, with a video of the incident now circulating on social media.

The altercation reportedly began when one family attempted to take a chair from a nearby table, leading to a heated exchange that quickly turned physical, involving both men and women from the two groups.

Police later confirmed the incident took place at a private restaurant on Khayaban-e-Sehar.

Responding to reports of the fight, police arrived on the scene and escorted both parties to the station for questioning. Sources revealed that one of the families involved includes Iqbal Memon, a senior official in the Sindh Home Department.

While authorities investigate the matter, it was reported that one of the families was permitted to leave the station after initial inquiries, as officials work to determine the full circumstances surrounding the dispute.
