The Lahore Sports Tournament (LST) has returned for its 11th edition. With total cash prizes exceeding 1 million rupees and giveaways from multiple local brands, this year’s tournament is set to make a significant impact on the national sports scene.
This year’s LST has attracted an unprecedented 324 teams competing across six sports: Futsal, Cricket, Padel Tennis, Volleyball, and Table Tennis.
The Lahore Sports Tournament has seen a particularly impressive turnout in Futsal, with 182 teams participating from all over Pakistan. Notably, 40 teams from Karachi have joined the competition, breaking all previous records. Futsal alone features eight categories, ranging from under 9 to open age.
This year, the inclusion of women in all sports categories marks a significant step forward in promoting gender equality in sports. The tournament aims to build communities through sports, offering a platform where people from diverse backgrounds can come together, compete, and enjoy the spirit of sportsmanship.
The tournament boasts official referees for all sports, ensuring fair play and adherence to professional standards. Participants will benefit from state-of-the-art equipment and venues. CEO and Co-Founder of LST, Azaan Ali said,
