Pakistan Rescues 12 Crew Members of Sinking Indian Cargo Ship

The Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) successfully rescued 12 crew members from an Indian cargo ship that was sinking, executing a rapid and efficient rescue operation.

At approximately 10:20 AM, the Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre (MRCC) in Pakistan received an urgent email from MRCC Mumbai, requesting help to locate and rescue survivors from the distressed vessel.

In response, the PMSA quickly mobilized a rescue mission that managed to save all 12 crew members aboard the Indian ship. This operation underscores the PMSA’s dedication to its international search and rescue (SAR) duties and highlights the importance of regional cooperation.
