Pakistan’s Largest Real Estate Company Launches First International Project in Dubai

Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd, Pakistan’s largest real estate developer, has officially entered the international market with a groundbreaking project in Dubai. The company’s subsidiary, BT Properties, has partnered with Dubai South, the emirate’s largest urban development project, to create a gated master-planned community within the Golf District.

The proposed community will offer a mix of residential and commercial facilities, including villas, townhouses, apartments, schools, hospitals, mosques, retail outlets, and entertainment hubs. Green spaces, water features, a central park, iconic monuments, and dancing fountains will add to the project’s appeal, creating a harmonious blend of luxury and serenity.

Strategically located near Al Maktoum International Airport, which is poised to become the world’s largest airport, Dubai South has attracted global investors as a prime residential and commercial destination.
