The City Traffic Police Rawalpindi has recently upgraded the Shehbaz Sharif Park Driving License Centre on Rawal Road to better serve the public. According to a spokesperson, the upgrade was completed swiftly to provide citizens with improved and efficient services.
The main goal of this modernization is to offer a seamless and transparent process for obtaining driving licenses. Under the new system, applicants will experience faster service and fewer delays, ensuring a smooth process.
Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Benish Fatima stated that the center now features the latest technology to improve convenience for citizens. She highlighted that the updated system would not only accelerate license issuance but also help resolve complaints effectively.
In addition, the CTO is actively counseling traffic personnel, including senior traffic assistants, to improve public interactions. Every day, staff members are called to the Traffic Headquarters at Race Course for guidance on maintaining a courteous and professional approach toward citizens.
CTO Benish Fatima emphasized that the traffic police aim to make life easier for citizens and resolve their issues efficiently. “Our behavior and performance should reflect that the traffic police are here to assist the public and gain their trust,” she said.
