  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon nigella seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon amchoor powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 4 large mashed potatoes (boiled)
  • 1 teaspoon pickle masala
  • 2 green chilies (chopped)
  • Salt (as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • Oil (as needed)

Step-by-Step Instructions

To make crispy Achari Aloo Paratha, follow the step-by-step directions below. They will guide you through preparing the dough, making the flavorful filling, and cooking the paratha to perfection.

Prepare the Dough

  1. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, salt, and oil. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough.
