Lahore Qalandars Unveil New Kit for PSL X

Lahore Qalandars officially launched their new kit for the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL X) during an electrifying event dubbed Qalandars Night, held at Greater Iqbal Park in Lahore. The occasion drew a large crowd of enthusiastic fans eager to catch a glimpse of the team’s fresh look ahead of the highly anticipated tournament.

The Qalandars held a fan competition to decide the new kit for PSL X. The winner of the contest was Usman Siddique, as the franchise chose his design.

The new kit design features several callbacks and an ode to Lahore’s back-to-back PSL victories. The design also manages to incorporate the city’s vibrant culture and heritage beautifully, including the iconic Minar-e-Pakistan.

One of the evening’s standout moments was the celebration of star pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi’s birthday, which featured a cake-cutting ceremony that delighted attendees. The atmosphere was further enlivened by performances from renowned singers from across the country, creating a festive vibe that resonated with the passionate crowd.

During the event, Shaheen Shah Afridi expressed his gratitude to the fans for their unwavering support. “I am grateful to everyone who came out in such large numbers tonight. The fans have once again proven their love for Lahore Qalandars,” he stated, his appreciation evident as he addressed the audience.

Afridi also took the opportunity to encourage cricket lovers to attend the upcoming PSL matches. “PSL is just around the corner, and I hope fans will come to the stadiums to watch the matches live,” he added, emphasizing the importance of fan presence in creating an electric atmosphere during the games.
