Karachi Kings Introduce New Vice-Captain Ahead of PSL X

Karachi Kings have added another experienced voice to their leadership group for the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 season, handing fast bowler Hasan Ali the role of vice-captain ahead of the tournament’s 10th edition.

The franchise made the announcement today, confirming that the seasoned pacer will serve as deputy to newly appointed captain David Warner in the new-look leadership group as the Kings gear up for a high-stakes campaign.

Hasan Ali’s elevation comes on the back of an impressive run with the Kings last season, where he finished as their leading wicket-taker with 14 scalps. Beyond the numbers, Hasan’s energy, aggression, and knack for delivering in clutch moments have made him a fan favorite and a key figure in the dressing room.

The 30-year-old speedster is no stranger to high-pressure situations, having featured in several PSL campaigns and representing Pakistan at the highest level across formats.
