These internships aim to equip young professionals with hands-on experience and industry-relevant skills to boost their employability.

- Internship Duration: Initially 2 years (subject to performance and program objectives)

Offered Disciplines
Internships are available in the following fields:
- Information Technology (IT)/Computer Science
- Skills Required: MERN Stack, Python development, system architecture, Figma, Canva, etc.
- Finance and Audit
- Skills Required: Budgeting, audit planning, risk assessment, tools like Excel, QuickBooks, etc.
- Marketing and Research
- Skills Required: Content development, data analysis, Adobe Suite, event planning, and social media tools.
- Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Skills Required: Recruitment, performance management, training, and labor laws.
Eligibility Criteria & Monthly Stipend
Candidates must hold a degree from an HEC-recognized institution. Educational and stipend details include:
- Graduate (14 Years of Education): Rs. 50,000/month
- Postgraduate (16 Years): Rs. 60,000/month
- Postgraduate with Specialization (18 Years): Rs. 70,000/month
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 70% marks
- Degree completion must be within the last two years
General Terms
- Interns must arrange their own laptops and transportation
- Full-time commitment required under OEC policies
- Original documents must be shown at the time of interview
- No TA/DA will be provided for interviews or written tests
- Misleading information may result in cancellation of the internship
