How to Get Online Learner Driving License in Sindh

In a major step toward digital governance, Sindh Police has introduced an online system for obtaining learner driving licenses, eliminating the need for long waits, heat exposure, and in-person visits to licensing centers.

Now, applicants across Sindh can apply for a learner’s license from the comfort of their homes using the official Driving License Sindh (DLS) portal: https://dlsonline.sindhpolice.gov.pk.

How to Apply for a Learner License Online

Here’s a simple guide to the new process:

• Visit the Portal: Go to the DLS website.
• Click “Apply Online Now” to start the process.
• Create an Account: Enter your CNIC details, date of birth, email, and active mobile number.
• Activate Account: A six-digit code will be sent to your email for verification.
• Log In: Use your credentials to access your account.
• Apply for License: Upload a profile photo (white background), front and back of CNIC, and personal details including blood group, address, and city.
• Select Vehicle Type: Choose the category of license needed.
• Fill in Education and Vehicle Info
• Payment: Submit the fee using any online banking app.
