In a major step toward digital governance, Sindh Police has introduced an online system for obtaining learner driving licenses, eliminating the need for long waits, heat exposure, and in-person visits to licensing centers.
Now, applicants across Sindh can apply for a learner’s license from the comfort of their homes using the official Driving License Sindh (DLS) portal: https://dlsonline.sindhpolice.gov.pk.

- Visit the Portal: Go to the DLS website.
- Click “Apply Online Now” to start the process.
- Create an Account: Enter your CNIC details, date of birth, email, and active mobile number.
- Activate Account: A six-digit code will be sent to your email for verification.
- Log In: Use your credentials to access your account.
- Apply for License: Upload a profile photo (white background), front and back of CNIC, and personal details including blood group, address, and city.
- Select Vehicle Type: Choose the category of license needed.
- Fill in Education and Vehicle Info
- Payment: Submit the fee using any online banking app.
